Fungal Update 2020
Friday 13th and Saturday 14th March 2020
The QE2 Conference Centre, London
The 14th Annual Fungal Update meeting really was bigger and better and the feedback has been tremendous.
The meeting moved for the first time out of its Barts beginnings to the Queen Elizabeth II Conference Centre, located in Westminster in the heart of London. Another first was the joint format with international (ISHAM, ECDC, ECMM and EPMyN) and UK national societies (BMS, BSAC and BSBMT) leading parallel sessions, along with the plenary talks.
An outstanding international faculty presented the latest issues in the field of mycology and all of the presentations will be available on the 2019 page in Past Meetings.
One more novelty for Fungal Update 2019 was the submission of abstracts for consideration as poster and oral presentations. 17 posters were on display on the top 3 authors were given a financial prize donated by Journal of Fungi and a place at the memorable Palace of Westminster conference dinner.
Following on from this success keep looking at this site as the programme and news about 2020 will appear here as soon as we have it but for now save 13th and 14th March 2020 in your diary.
